From an early age, I was captivated by the world of investing, tracking stocks in the Saturday morning paper at just eight years old. By thirteen, I had opened my first investment account, buying and selling stocks independently. Although I initially considered a career in hospitality, working at a hotel front desk and managing a restaurant taught me that while the industry is vibrant, it lacked the lasting impact I sought. Transitioning to financial planning allowed me to merge my passion for investing with the meaningful, long-lasting difference I wanted to make in people's lives.

A native of Annapolis, MD, my high school years included teaching special needs children how to sail -- a rewarding experience that instilled in me the joy of helping others learn and grow. In the present day, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Michelle, and our two sons, Jesse and Blake. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, traveling, and teaching my children how to play sports. I also hope to return to sailing as a hobby in the future.
